"At a certain part in your life, probably when too much of it has gone by, you will open your eyes and see yourself for who you are. Especially for everything that made you so different from all the awful normals. And you will say to yourself: but I am this person. And in that statement, that correction, there will be a kind of love."

Smokey Mountain Summer

I had a blast in Tennessee. I sure do love the Smokeys! It's always fun to explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, play putt-putt, visit the Cat House (a favorite spot of ours), relax at the cabin and go swimming! There is just something about the Smokeys that really brings out the best in me!

The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge...

Photo op at the Cat House....

The view from near our cabin...

The HUGE cross on our mountain....

Gatlinburg...

Historic Ogle Cabin built in 1908...

And no trip to Pigeon Forge is complete without a stop at the Christmas Shop...

I brought back some goodies from Lid'l Dolly's for Aubrey and Savana..

There is nothing like a Smokey Mountain Summer!
